I have been stalking this bag for a while now after I finally realised that this was the closest I'm ever going to get to a hermes birkin and although you wouldn't think that they are similar to look at they really are, they have the same adjustable belt type straps around either side to adjust the width of the bag, the same closing flap and also the same type of locks to seal the bag.
Anyway... The bayswater is such an iconic bag (similarly to the Louis Vuitton speedy... Next on my list!) and one that I believe will never go out of fashion, I always look at a handbag with the hopes to pass it onto my grand-daughter when I'm old and haggered, it sounds silly but I also love bags that age nicely, which is what mulberry are renowned for, with their beautiful bags and their high standards when producing these works of art :)
Mine is the regular sized bayswater in oak and I think it has what is called the bronze hardware??
Here's just a few photos of my gorgeous new purchase
